Legacy's All Star Cheerleading program is designed for cheerleaders ages 3 – 18 who are interested in cheering at a competitive level. Legacy offers a variety of different teams based on age and ability, allowing every child an opportunity to become a cheerleader. Legacy All Stars trains athletes for success, with safety as the number one priority. Legacy cheerleaders practice between 3 and 6 hours per week depending on their team placement. Cheerleaders are also required to enroll in a discounted tumbling class to ensure progression in tumbling skills.

What's the difference between All Star Elite and All Star Prep?
The All Star Prep Division is for teams that do not require the same commitment/participation (full-year) guidelines or requirements as a competitive all-star elite team. The All Star Prep Division typically practice and compete less than "full year" all-star teams. Prep teams are often "half-year" teams or teams that are intended to offer a shorter season, more relaxed environment and often less travel. Prep teams are designed with the purpose of introducing athletes into the sport of cheerleading with a lower commitment than a full-year team. All Star Prep teams compete a 2:00 routine, and All Star Elite teams compete a 2:30 routine.
